Mr Montaña’s Moonshine – It’s back with a vengeance! The best festive Cocktail recipe to get you in the holiday spirit!

Mr Montaña has a bit or a reputation when it comes to making cocktails – here’s an all-time favourite that is a tweaked, pimped, and generally improved version of a couple of existing ones:

The Moonshine (enough for four, or a party for two!)

1. Juice of one lemon
2. A generous dash of Angostura bitters
3. Same again of Cointreau
4. Same again of gin
5. ‘Dilute’ with Cava.
6. Strain over ice
7. Drink
8. Watch Strictly Come Dancing
