Everyone in the village looks forward to the Three Kings holiday and its unique fragrances – a highlight of the winter months. We love to walk down into the village, through the woods, with their gorgeous fragrance of trampled pine needles (which smell to us like a field full of fresh Christmas trees). Then, we get to the heart of the village, where the church doors are wide open and the air is sufffused with incense, as well as the warm scent of traditional, homemade turrón (almond nougat) being sold from stalls. It’s usually cold (even in Spain), so there’s much milling about with the promise of a brightening tot of brandy.

Information
- A blend of 100% natural waxes – sustainably sourced organic soy, rapeseed and beeswax
- No palm oil used in our unique blend
- Our blend only uses crops grown or raised without synthetic fertilisers, pesticides or hormones and can be deemed organic by this definition
- Clean burning
- Sulphur-free
- Paraben-free
- Wicks are lead-free and made from natural fibre
- All free from animal testing
- La Montaña candles are 30cl, 220gms (minimum 40 hours burn)
- All candles are individually hand-poured by artisan candlemakers in the UK
- We use a high % of fragrance oil in each candle (including a high percentage of natural and essential oils)
- All candles are gift-boxed and are fitted with an etched, stainless steel lid
Candle Care
- The first time you light your candle, let it burn until all the wax on the surface has become liquid
- Trim the wick before each use
- When extinguishing the candle, ensure the wick is upright and centred for next time
Safety
- Do not burn for longer than 4 hours
- Never leave a lit candle unattended, or in a draught, and keep away from flammable materials
- Always leave at least 10cms between burning candles
- Keep out of reach of children and pets
- Place candle on a heat resistant surface

I love Christmas, I absolutely bloody love it! I love all the atmosphere, decadence, memories & scents around Christmas, so when I was deciding on where to get my Christmas candle from it was gonna be a no brainier really!
La Montana candles have quite a few autumn/winter/Christmas scents & they are so versatile that you can quite easily burn them on cozy day throughout the year but ultimately I chose three kings!
When I first unpacked three kings & inhaled the aromas it was like the La Montana team had helped themselves to the local churches thurible (I’m not that brainy I looked it up!) & used all those exotic fragrances from it!
The frankincense and myrrh go so so well with the fragrant woody pine. Let me tell you this isn’t your pine detergent pine oh no, this is the kinda pine that you only get when you go to pick up your Christmas tree & you smell that amazing freshness that comes with it. There’s a creaminess around this fragrance that brings it altogether & a very nice end note of some of the warm stuff (brandy) which brings its richness.
This is the epitome of Christmas, the richness, the decadence, the warmness & of the ever so slightly booziness.
This is another mind boggling perfect candle from La Montana & will be another regular purchase on my list! Thank you guys

I received my Three Kings Candle today and it’s been lit for 3 hours. What a heavenly scent! So happy with this! The cedarwood, frankincense and myrrh combined with a hint of sweetness to provide a sense of warm comfort. Not at all cloying, but earthy. Just what I was hoping for! There are a lot of candle companies claiming luxury status, but I think one would be hard pressed to find such high quality at such great value. I think I’ve found the perfect Christmas present for friends and family!

Absolutely fabulously intoxicating scent. Very unusual compared to many other candles that i’ve owned.
You get hints of Frankinscence, Cedar, and just a wonderful aroma of what you might imagine Christmas is supposed to smell like without all the cliches and consumerism!
Highly recommended if you’d like to add some depth and intrigue to your home at any time of the year, but especially at Christmas
